SMS Communications
Lyda Software Systems uses SMS messaging through Service Loop™ to deliver vehicle inspection results and enable two-way communication between dealership customers and service advisors.
Customers opt in to receive text messages through a digital consent flow initiated at the dealership during their service visit. The service advisor sends a one-time consent request via SMS to the customer's mobile phone; the customer taps the link, reviews the full disclosure, and taps "I agree" to confirm consent. No text messages are sent until consent is recorded.

Consent is not required as a condition of service. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by dealership and service event.
