SMS Communications
Lyda Software Systems uses SMS messaging through Service Loop™ to deliver vehicle inspection results and enable two-way communication between dealership customers and service advisors.
By providing your phone number to a participating dealership during vehicle service check-in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from that dealership via Service Loop™. Message types include:
You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of service. Consent is obtained at the dealership during service check-in via a paper service intake form. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency varies by dealership and service event.
Lyda Software Systems does not sell or share phone numbers. Messages are sent on behalf of participating dealerships only.

Lyda Software Systems, LLC ("Lyda," "we," "our") operates Service Loop™, a SaaS platform for automotive dealerships. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our services.
We collect information provided by dealerships in the course of using Service Loop, including vehicle repair order data, service advisor information, technician contact information, and customer phone numbers used for SMS communication. We do not independently collect personal information from end customers beyond what is provided by our dealership clients.
Information collected through Service Loop is used exclusively to provide service lane communication features: delivering inspection results, enabling two-way SMS between advisors and customers, and tracking declined service opportunities. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Phone numbers collected through dealership service intake are used solely to send service-related SMS messages via the Service Loop™ platform. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable messaging regulations.
Media files (videos and photos) associated with vehicle inspections are retained for 180 days. Communication records are retained in accordance with our standard data retention schedule and applicable law.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data storage, role-based access controls, and secure transmission protocols to protect the information entrusted to us by our dealership clients.
